At A3 Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered beauty products.
A return may be approved only if:
You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The item delivered is different from what you ordered.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
Your Order Number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used products
Products with broken safety seals
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
