It can be used to remove all traces of makeup, including waterproof eyeliners and longwear lipstick, dissolving all traces of makeup, dirt and oil. The mild formula is safe for all skin types, dermatologist-tested and free from parabens, sulfates, silicone and fragrance. To use as a facial cleanser, simply saturate a soft, cotton pad and gently sweep across face; to remove eye makeup, hold the pad over the eye area for a few seconds and then wipe gently.
