Refunds, Returns and Cancellation

At A3Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@a3beauty.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty products unless:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos and your order number must be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Empty packages
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards or digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@a3beauty.com with photos and your order details. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
