Damaged Shipments:

  • Look over your order as soon as it’s delivered.
  • Notify us within 48 hours if any items are damaged, using phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Include clear pictures of the damage and the affected items.

After confirming your claim, we will:

  • Send a replacement item.
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t an option.

Missing Shipments:

  • If your package is lost during delivery, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
  • An investigation will be started immediately.

If the package is not found within 5 business days, we will:

  • Refund the full amount of your order.

Not covered:

Refunds or exchanges won’t be issued for:

  • Purchases you’ve changed your mind about.
  • Items damaged after arrival due to improper handling or regular use.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
    Packages that are not claimed.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
